The facility is fully accessible.
As a State-Certified Visitor Center, we provide general visitor information for Fairfax City, Virginia, and Washington, D.C., including lodging, restaurants, transportation and historic and natural attractions. We also are the place to find out about special events in and around the city.
The Museum produces produces permanent and special exhibitions on Fairfax City and Fairfax County history; hosts touring exhibitions on broader historic topics; and provides educational outreach to school and youth groups.
